After 30 years of successful Commercial Construction Estimating I have developed my construction cost database into an internet accessible database that is available by subscription to General Contractors, Developers, Building Owners and Architects.

This database is to be used for budgeting of mid-sized commercial construction type projects. The intent is to provide a database of budget cost for most of the items that are required to complete a budget cost for similar projects. The Database will contain over 400 different budget unit costs that will be updated by local sucontractors/suppliers on a quarterly basis.
Before submitting an actual bid to complete a project the user of this database should contact the suppliers and subcontractors for each item and request a formal bid proposal from the listed local subcontractors/suppliers.
