About the President
Robert A. Kaupp, LEED AP has more than 30 years of diversified construction experience that includes stints as vice president, chief estimator and project manager for a number of midsize and large general contractors. In these positions, he worked on projects in Florida, Texas, Colorado and Washington, D.C.
Building on this experience, Mr. Kaupp, LEED AP formed his own consulting company to serve the design and construction industry. Now, the firm works with owners, architects, contractors and developers on a broad range of project types and sizes. The firm’s services include:

- Constructability analysis
- Construction sequence phasing schedules
- Onsite inspections
- Value engineering analysis
- Expert witness testimony
- LEED Certification Project Administration
In 1979, Mr. Kaupp, LEED AP earned a BCSE in civil engineering with a major in structural design at Syracuse University.
